Daniel Thurston and Charles Clarke were convicted, Thurston of stealing a quantity of gun- powder the property of the Executors of the late Mr. Thomas Abbott, deceased; and Clarke of receiving the same knowing it to be stolen.—Each sentenced to three years hard labour at Newcastle.
